My Approach

After years of reviewing scientific research and peer reviewed medical publications I developed an evidence based approach. By incorporating different aspects of health and wellbeing The Food Abundance Approach was formed.

4 pillars

The approach is based on 4 pillars of health meant to support your physical health, cognitive health, emotional health and social health. Or body, mind, soul and social spirit if you will.

Nutrition

A vegan i.e. plant-based whole-food diet is key, as is adherence. We make it easy and enjoyable.

Meditation

Any form of daily meditation will do, if you can’t sit still try meditation in movement.

Movement

90 min of moderate exercise per day, like waking or cycling through your city, hiking in nature or swimming in the sea.

Social contact

Meet a friend for a fun activity, call them while you walk, text, send memes and laugh together.

Explained

Based on years of reviewing scientific publications, and finding that relatively small lifestyle changes can have comprehensive results. Lowering chronic illnesses, stowing their progress or ever reversing them, improving all around quality of life and rising life expectancy. In addition it sustains long term effortless fat loss through easiest and subsequently highest adherence rate it furthermore also facilitates improvement of mental health. Consequently resulting in an overall enhancement in perceived attractiveness. Or in other words when you aim for optimal health – your looks will follow.
